Do you offer in-person sessions?
Relationship-building is core to my process. Breakthrough alignment often happens when we’re sharing a meal, walking together, or sitting over coffee—not just on Zoom. Many of my services require a level of engagement that is simply more dynamic and more effective in person. When possible, I prioritize face-to-face work because it accelerates trust, clarity, and momentum.
How do I know if Coaching is right for me?
Coaching is for leaders who make decisions that affect teams and direction.
If you don’t lead people or shape strategy yet, this won’t be the container you need. It's for leaders who are able to be self-reflective and are driven by integrity , not a quick fix.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
For Leadership Circles, I ask for a minimum three-month commitment, followed by a month-to-month structure. The work is transformational, not transactional—growth takes time, consistency, and shared commitment. After the initial three months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
What are you unable to offer support with?
I do not provide administrative support, task management, or logistical coordination.
For consulting engagements, organizations must have internal support for calendars, scheduling, and project tracking aligned to the scope of work. For coaching, I work exclusively with leaders—people managers, division leaders, senior leaders, and executives. I do not offer coaching for individual contributors. My work is designed for those shaping ecosystems, not navigating them alone.
How long will we work together?
Most coaching engagements span seven months—long enough to create real change and build sustained momentum. Other services vary based on scope and organizational needs. My goal is not to rush you through a program. My goal is to walk with you toward the results that matter. We stay focused on what we’re building together and agile on how we get there.
Do you work with teams/companies?
Yes—nearly all of my work is organizational in nature. I partner with executives, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups to strengthen the entire ecosystem of a company.
My role is often the bridge that brings clarity, alignment, and cohesion across levels and departments—so the whole organization can FLOURISH, not just one part of it.
